Direct drive system of permanent magnet linear synchronous motor (PMLSM) has the advantages in high speed, high preeision, fast response, etc., so it is widely used in high speed and high preeision feed system. Under the Jiangsu province Fund Project, the tubular PMLSM servo control system is designed.The paper first introduces the background of permanent magnetic linear servo control system and selects the type of tubular PMLSM. Then, introduce the fundamental principles and control method of vector control as well as SVPWM, give the math model of PMLSM in d-q coordinates. After that, give the servo system control strategy, that is, i_d = 0 vector control, SVPWM control technique, trapezoid speed given curve, digital PID control algorithm, digital filter to sample current and speed.Based on the above control strategy, the hardware and software of the tubular PMLSM servo control system are designed and realized respectively. In hardware part, build the PMLSM servo control system based on DSP and 1PM, and design some primary circuits, such as main circuit, auxiliary power circuit, three phase current sample, conditioning and protection circuit, differential hall signal conditioning circuit, DC bus over-voltage and over-current protection circuit, limitation protection circuit. In software part, realize vector control scheme of the servo control system based on modular programming thought, and program position initialization module, position detection module, three-loop adjust module, digital filter module, limitation protection module, etc., with C language.At last, no load tests are carried out on the experiment platform of the PMLSM servo system, and the test results by the tests are analysed. The test results verify the effectiveness of control strategy and correctness of the designed circuit and program, and show that the servo system can operate stably and reliably. The subject is of far reaching importance to research of digital tubular PMLSM servo control system, and it also has reference value to research of other linear digital servo control system.
