| A high performance servo system which is used in 120mm gun turret, is designed in this thesis. Our army may acquire high battle effectiveness with the help of this system.The hardware circuit of servo system has been developing fast with the progress of the power device and DSP. High performance servo system will become totally digitalized and achieve flexible ability before long. However, the servo technology which exists as a kind of software in DSP, determines the performance of the servo system. The unadvanced servo technology extremely restrains the development of high performance servo system of our country.In this servo system, the main control technologies are vector control strategy, SVPWM technology and fuzzy control technology. The principles and algorithms of these technologies are analyzed in this thesis. This thesis also designs the hardware and software of this servo controller. The experimental results prove that this servo system has good dynamic and static behaviors and can meet the demand of gun turret satisfactorily.In addition, the software of this servo controller can be easily transplanted to other hardware platform in more fields such as numerical control machine, robot, special handling equipment, space flight and aviation etc. |
