Residential Environment And Human Behavior

The quality of residential environment related to the level of living standards, along with the improvement of people's living standards, more and more people are concerned about the quality of residential environment. People living in areas of concern have gradually shifted from the material aspects of the spiritual level. While with the social and economic development, the current residential environment has made considerable progress, but because the drive with some understanding of the interests of the deviation, the current residential environment there are still problems, so I proposed on the residential environment and human behavior. Behavior from the environment and the residents hope that the perspective of environmental studies for residential area, to the future construction of residential area to bring inspiration.In this paper, residential environment and the relationship between human behavior theories, the theory based on the North and the South China selected a total of five residential areas as a sample, application interviews, photographs, questionnaires, surveys conducted further in-depth research and research, and the characteristics of each residential area to study the problems of the status quo-depth analysis, and then from the residential environment and the relationship between human behavior theory of the residential areas high on the research are summarized, the corresponding design ideas, design principles and design elements. Followed by the author's personal practice through the research project to verify, in the paper concluded behavior based on the residents living environment design principles to be followed, and high-quality residential environment should focus on several issues:people act and live District environment interaction; design designer communication with the residents before and after use real-time evaluation; different behavioral characteristics of residents age; environmental diversity; residential environment space hierarchy; environmental integrity, in order to reveal the residential environment link between behavior and residents the importance of promoting people based on behavior of designers Residential Design for concern.
