Research Of Bridge And Network Building Based On LonWorks

In order to meet the requirements of the new type of vehicle on the train communication network performance, both domestic and overseas related departments make a qunantity of research on the train communication network. In this paper, after introducing the features of the LonWorks technology, a train communication network experimental platform based on LonWorks is designed and established according to the special requirements on the train communication network in the international standard.The train communication network designed in this paper includes the train bus and the vehicle bus as the two layers bus structure, it also includes the intelligent communication node based on different host. In this issue, we mainly use the modularize design concept to complete the design of each functional module. First, an intelligent communication bridge based on the Neuron 3150 chip is developed, in order to realize the function of the intelligent bridge, we build a four-node network to debug. Secondly, two intelligent communication nodes based on different host are developed. On this basis, the train communication network experimental platform is established, we also conducted the corresponding communication debugging. This train communication network includes temperature monitoring node and gate monitoring node to realize temperature and gate monitoring. The communication bridge realizes the data communication between the train level and the vehicle level. We also use an intelligent chief managing node to manage the whole train network. This train communication network basically achieves the designing purpose.By developing and designing of the train communication network based on LonWorks, we lay a solid theoretical and experimental basis for the further development of the LonWorks technology and train communication network.
