At the end of 2016,China's railway operating mileage of 124 thousand kilometers,more than 22 thousand kilometers of high-speed railway.Vehicle braking technology determines the key technology of railway development to the direction of high speed and heavy load,the braking performance is not only affects the speed of the train,the traction quality,but also directly affect the quality and safety of the train's driving.Especially in the transformation and upgrading of freight trains in China,the 120 brake valve is widely used,so the braking system in the manufacture and application of maintenance of technical upgrading,it is necessary.With the rapid development of China's information industry and railway,in order to improve the braking valve maintenance efficiency as the goal,with 120 brake valve for the column,the use of digital technology in industrial control network,automation and so on a brake valve maintenance monitoring network based on LonWorks bus.According to the technological requirements of 120 brake valve repair production line,respectively,the brake valve repair line transportation,decomposition,cleaning,drying,maintenance,assembly and testing and other aspects of the sensor data acquisition and control node hardware,LonWork bus communication and man-machine interface were discussed,and put forward the general framework 120 brake valve maintenance monitoring system of production line.On the LonWorks field bus technology as the core,the neuron chip as the communication and control node,each link for brake valve repair line,design the temperature and turbidity monitoring node of ultrasonic cleaning,automatic assembly process of methyl silicone oil filling control node,and use the LonWork bus node communication between control software design.The use of LonWorks integration tools of Echelon company are included in the LNS DDE Server,the design of data communication function of PC monitoring and control node,monitoring process parameters and control equipment at the same time,the use of virtual instrument technology,the use of DDE channel connecting LonWorks and Labview manmachine interface monitoring,data exchange,to achieve the production process monitoring fault alarm function of brake valve repair line.
