| The energy consumption control of pumps and compressors of Geothermal AC system is the hotspot issue in the domain of Automation Control. The traditional geothermal AC system's controller is stand-along controller. The new controller which is base on Fieldbus technology is helpful for composing a controller net, which can make the multiple geothermal AC systems robust and easy to use and maintain. Moreover, the new controller is required for online communication among geothermal AC systems when in multiple or mass use in the future, and it will make the system more intelligent. According to LonWorks' own feature, especially its advantages in communication of multiple system and group control, and current condition of NCUT's FATLAB, we chose Lon Works technology. According the prophase investigation, the research of applying Lon Works tech in geothermal AC system is at initial stage.The technology of geothermal AC system's controller is analyzed home and abroad, the problems that need to be solved or improved are discussed. Then the author gave one solution of geothermal AC system's controller based on LonWorks tech and in which only use single Neuron Chip control module. The autor accomplished the design in both hardware and software level. Compared with traditional systems based on LonWorks tech, this solution is unique because there's no other MCU is adopt to control the peripheral devices specially, but utilizes the same Neuron Chip to take on the task of control and communication through aborative hardware designing. So this solution is practical and valuable, and successful development of this controller laid the groundwork for the mass use and group control of geothermal AC system. |
