As fossil energy exhausting, the increasingly serious environmental pollution, the use of new energy is paid more and more attention. Relying on its advantage of solar energy, in the new development and utilization of the crowd. There are many methods of using solar power, and using solar power for electric is becoming the main application.This thesis is aimed at high power transformation of PV power systems, based on the MATLAB software, build simulation model including meteorological conditions of module, solar radiation curve in a day module, PV array module with MPPT, inverter power transformation simulation modules. Research on the stationary installation of PV, horizontal N-S axis with E-W tracking, inclining N-S axis with E-W tracking, comparing the different ways of generating capacity. According to the analysis of solar energy resources 2 softwares-PVSYST and PVSOL to correct and improve the simulation model.Simulating PV projects by PVSYST and PVSOL respectively, and analyze and compare the results. Finally, the research project of photovoltaic energy system high-efficient energy transform methods were summarized:The simulation model can accurately simulate the horizontal N-S axis with E-W tracking, inclining N-S axis with E-W tracking, can make the estimation based on economic efficiency evaluation.
