Research On The Routing Interchangeable-based Motor Train Maintenance Plan Of Passenger-dedicated Line

ABSTRACT:Motor Train as the most important activity resources in completing transport production tasks of Passenger-dedicated line, it's Acquisition costs and maintenance costs Expensive, a larger proportion in Passenger-dedicated line equipment investment. Enhancing the using efficiency of Motor Train, will be a effective way to save investment and enhance efficiency. Motor Train's maintenance is the necessary components of operation of Motor Train, is the security guarantee of operation of Motor Train. Motor Train's repair can improve its utilization and good rate,can ensure its security punctual running. Therefore, formulate a scientific and reasonable Motor Train maintenance plan is important to guarantee the security operation of Motor Train and reduce the non-productive time of Motor Train. In the initial operation of Passenger Railway, the Motor Train number is relatively short,so we can improve use efficiency of Motor Train from the maintenance point of view.The author analysised and researched the related issues in Motor Train maintenance plan in our country,by referencing foreign major developed countries's Motor Train management methods and maintenance model, and by considering the characteristics of our country's Motor Train application and maintenance, then, the author gave a establishment process and model of routing interchangeable-based Motor Train maintenance plan, and then, finished the establishment of Motor Train maintenance plan by using of the qualitative and quantitative analysis methods. In the condition of known Motor Train's mileage run and Routing Scheme, the author make Motor Train's Routing as the starting point. Considering the constraints of maintenance rules layout maintenance base and maintenance capacity, the author strive as much as possible to reduce the number of Reserve Motor Train and Motor Train's Loopback number. The author introduced in 0-1 variables and conversion the Motor Train maintenance Optimization program and Establishment Process into 0-1 integer programming problem.Last, the author proved the feasibility of this method by giving a case study, this case take 20 pairs of trains which opened the line between Beijing, Qingdao, Jinan, Tai'an as an object.
