A Research Of New Rural Housing Based On Open Building Concepts,in Jinggangshan CR Hope Town

In China,rural housing construction was once overlooked for a long time because of the binary structure,which led to the widening gap between urban and rural development.Nowadays,new rural housing design has become an important subject in rural construction and it marks the improvement of life quality.Based on the Open Building concepts,the paper explores a design method of rural housing,which can satisfy the existing,potential and long-term requirements of the peasants and make the style and features of rural settlements show both diversity and unity.In the first place,to summarize a theory of open building that can be guidance for rural housing and settlements design,and analyze the peasants' modern lifestyles through a research method of actual state investigation.Then on this basis,to put forward the relevant design suggestion of functional spaces in rural housing and deepen the scheme combining with appropriate structure system of open building.Finally,the paper researches a design method of open rural settlements and demonstrates the necessity of the practice of open building concepts in the modernization of rural society.The research is of important theoretical and practical significance.On the one hand,it emphasizes the guiding function of open building concepts in new rural construction as an important component of this theoretical system.On the other hand,as a design research combined with the actual project of China Resources Hope Town in Jinggangshan district,the achievement of the paper can provide experience in rural housing and settlements construction in this region and even on a national scale.
