The green belt's important means of the construction and development are met with such lack of funds, low efficiency of leisure functions etc. The green belt's sustainable development is in the crisis. As our city residents in the city for the demands of leisure sight viewing around the city are booming. Putting leisure sight viewing into the green belt construction development positively, study on its green construction of the rest of the development of related issues.Thesis research on the relations of green belt and recreation development, emphasis on research on green belt development's power and significance and compare wish Recreational Belt Around Metropolis (ReBAM), show the difference and connection between of them.Then use recreation theory to study related issues of recreation development of geen belt, classification in recreation activities of green belt, emphasis on the oasis development project types and use the methods of comparison and analyses in its recreation behavioral characteristics study. And then use recreation planning theory,correlate with green belt's own characteristics,discuss the using of planning theory, emphasis on put forward planning technical route and the rule in planning strategic level, policy level and supporting measures to promote its level for the implementation of the development countermeasure. Finally, based on analyzes the causes of the disturbances, analyze recreation capacity-related factors and adjustment and put forward approaches to alleviation of the present condition.
