Research On Water-conservation Design In Green Space

At present, the current studies on the water are variety, but most of them concentrate in the latter part of the conservation management of water, the study of how to implement water conservation in the design phase is very limited.Therefore, this paper emphasizes awareness of water conservation in the planning and design of green land of parks. The paper analyzes the current water problems on the regard of the entire life cycle of the park, and arranges these sorted, and thus begin analysis. To demonstrate both in theory and examples supported with ecology, botany, rainwater usage and other related subjects' researches.Further, the paper proves the water-conservation in green space of parks even clearer objectives and more content, summarizes the concept and the specific work content of water-saving design in this field, and also summarizes design principles and methods of water-saving. This paper analyzes the consumptions of green space in various aspects, under the understanding that the waterscape maintenance and management of water and water plants are the two major parts in green space's water usage, and based on these above, it proposes concrete methods in water features and water-saving planting design. I hope that by studying the city parks for the residents, we can offer a qualitative and quantitative micro-design in guidance, control action, and give some reference and guidance in the actual work of urban planning and green-design.
