The Research On Data System Of Self-automatic Electronic Pressure Gauge For Fracturing

Fracturing technology is key to oil field development and plays a crucial role in increasing production and reservoir of low permeability oil/gas field effectively. Therefore, the evaluation of fracture process has great significance. The key lies in obtaining accurate and reliable data of fracture pressure.Electronic pressure gauge is designed to combine pressure survey, storage and playback together as a high-precision instrument. It can be used for obtaining pressure and temperature information of fracture process which can analyze and evaluate the fracturing effect and raising the level of fracture theory.At present, home-made products have lower overall performance than those imported abroad. In order to change the status quo and to meet the growing domestic demand, it is important to develop high-performance electronic pressure gauge. Firstly, this paper gives a general overview of research status and development trends concerning the down hole electronic pressure gauge technology; Secondly, it describes the data system of independent electronic pressure gauge used in stimulation treatment, presents the functions of various parts of the system and the underground data sampling strategy briefly, elaborates down hole data acquisition, conversion and storage processes and USB to serial port communication interface design; then, the ground playback system is introduced, with emphasis on data playback software design and design process; Followed, specific methods of serial communication and system precision issue are given; Finally, the paper takes a test of its temperature performance, and gives the test results and field application.At the end, Paper summarizes the design process of data system of independent electronic pressure gauge for fracturing and puts forward the direction of future research and improvement.
