Internal electronic piezo gauge is an artillery pressure testing device which can obtain complete curve of artillery pressure change over time.It mainly contains circuit modules,sensors,inverting switches,power supplies,and high-strength shells,which has the characteristics of small size,low power consumption,high precision,easy operation as well as reusable used.Due to the vast territory of our country's operations,internal electronic piezo gauge should fulfil extreme temperature requirements of-40 to +55°C as specified in tactical specifications,and should fulfil the requirements of ammunition insulation.Extreme weather conditions request more capacity of adaption during the process of transportation,storage and use.High temperature,high pressure,high impact and other harsh environments formed by the combustion of gunpowder also test the reliability and adaptability of the Internal electronic piezo gauge,hence the environmental adaptability of the Internal electronic piezo gauge should be researched detailly.The research content of this paper is divided into two parts.One part is the study on the environmental adaptability of electronic pressure gauge,Environmental adaptability is one of the important quality features of weapons.It has both environmental adaptability design and environmental adaptability test.The two factors combined with each other to enhance the Environmental adaptability of weapons.The environmental adaptability test of the manometer will be carried out from two aspects,environmental adaptability design and environmental adaptability test.So this article will discuss from the following three aspects bellow:(1)Enacting environmental adaptability design principles by analyzing the main structure of the Internal electronic piezo gauge and the harsh working situations.Designing sensors,circuit modules,power supplies,and housings of Internal electronic piezo gauge from the four aspects: temperature characteristics,impact resistance,compression resistance,and electromagnetic resistance,based on designing principles in order to enhance the ability of adaptation.(2)The paper separately describes The environmental adaptability tests and test results of the circuit module,power supply,inverting switch,and calibrating device.Emphasis was placed on designing the environmental adaptability test of the power supply,and the discharge test as well as the impact test of the super capacitor and polymer lithium battery.Analyze and compare the discharge characteristics and impact resistance of the two kinds of batteries.(3)Aiming at the problem of unified time base of multiple measuring points,the method of using an optical signal as an external trigger signal was coming up,and photodiodes are selected as the receiving end of the optical signal according to the response time of the photosensitive device.The photoelectric conversion circuit and the time difference compensator circuit are designed by using Altium Designer,to achieve more than one measurement time base consistency.The other part is data processing.Based on the theoretical relationship between the pressure at the bottom of the raft and the pressure at the bottom of the bomb.Using the theoretical relationship between the pressure at the bottom of the raft and the velocity of the muzzle to calculate the velocity of the projectile to the muzzle,comparing with the muzzle velocity measured by radar speedometer,to verify the correctness and rationality of the solution.
