The survey of pressure and the temperature for oil well ground is the key technology when do operation on hydraulic fracture treatment. The conventional storage electronic pressure gauge usually appear difference on actual work process and the operative plan when survey pressure and temperature of well, which causes the actual job step, that need sample and store with encrypting, is not in the planed time quantum, it also causes the sampling period to be excessively long, even not pick-up data, in view of this question, the thesis proposes a system of autonomous storage electronic pressure gauge. In this system, it integrates pattern recognition into borehole instruments, and locates time-interval of fracturing work by using borehole pressure and pressure gradient worded as characteristic parameter, so to guarantee the data storage can be "entire and precise".The article begins from the solution selection, design target and the key technical difficulties, define overall plan for system, the key part is to design hardware and software for subsurface equipment, and after considered the harsh environment around instrument, this paper designed shell of instrument, including compression and sealing parts, seal design. Finally, carrying on laboratory simulation experiment and the field test, the result of experimental indicated that the system hardware is in working order, also the design of software is reasonable, the system has some merits like reliability, the entire sampling data, good repetitiveness, high precision and full memory capacity. It can also satisfy demands for down-hole testing under the environment of fracture treatment, and provides guidance for the evaluation of fracturing treatment, improve technology for fracturing treatment.
