With the development and evolution of cities, the counterpart concept "rural" also has gradually changed in the history of human development. From the feudal society to today's reform and opening up, China's rural area has been baptized for thousands years. However, compared with today's Chinese cities, today's rural areas are still in its initial inhabit status. They don't have clear scope definition. They are mainly constituted by the ethnic group with blood relationship. The developments of rural areas are slow and stable.Big cities are the main parts of urbanization, so it is the forerunner of the civilization. As the backup of urbanization, new village development has been greatly affected by urbanization. New villages need urgent changes.Under the guidance of construction policies of socialist new villages, many poor rural areas are undertaking bold and decisive "planning". "New Village" is still the continuation of the existing village. Chinese village issue is relative complex and different. We need concrete analysis to concrete problems. We need multidisciplinary theory researches to find the key problems. Taking modeling planning process is hard to solve Chinese village problems. This paper takes the villages of Yu She Country as research subject and makes classification of main types. It concludes three common village types of Yu She Country: the type of natural degradation, the type of agricultural-led, the type of industry-led.A large number of investigations show that the type of natural degradation is on behalf of poor mountain villages in north China. They are coming to "perish" under rapid urbanization. They need planning strategies to improve and protect village life. The types of agricultural-led and industry-led villages are the main forces of agricultural production and industrial development. Their development also requires a corresponding spatial planning strategy to be a guideline. The whole rural villages of north China are moving forward to the goal of prosperity.
