Applied Research Of The Space Control In Central City Based On Landscape Ecology

The urban planning is an important community policy which regulates the urban space resources, instructs the city and countryside development and the construction, maintains social justice, guarantee public security and the public benefit. The urban planning is very important in the city ecological environment's protection, particularly based on the city land utilization's ecology space plan and the control. In view of this, "Urban planning Establishment Means" about the master plan establishment, has contained the ecology plan and the ecology space control. In urban system planning, must the ecological environment, land, water resources, energy, nature and history cultural heritage protection. And also raise comprehensive goals and the request, propose the spatial control principle and the measure. In the central city planning stratification plane request to the forbids construct area, the limit construction area, the suitable construction area and already constructed the area, and drew up the spatial control measure.The landscape ecology is Interdisciplinary science which research and improve space pattern and the ecology and the social economy reciprocity conformability. Its main purpose is solves the region landscape factor constitution through the research landscape space.The landscape ecology may play a fundamental role in land Use Planning. And may help to appraise and to forecast ecology consequence that the plan design possibly brings. We will provide the powerful ecology evidence and reasonable research technique using the landscape ecology for the city and countryside space control plan.This paper applies the principles of landscape ecology of scope of the study in Center City, landscape-scale, landscape elements and some issues. Based on landscape pattern.landscape mosaic, edge effects, landscape pattern and other basic principles of landscape ecology. I explored and studied some issues in Center City of Danfeng County such as protection of land of natural beauty, rivers and water resources protection,the protection of basic farmland,the control of mountain landslide and debris flow, cultural heritage and heritage protection, urban spatial expansion and UGB (urban growth boundary of space), through Analysis of ecological factors in the downtown Danfeng County. Base on these elements,I conduct single-factor evaluation of each ecological factors and its classification.Then I used the evaluation methods of Landscape ecological planning-Land ecology suitability appraisal; Land ecology sensitivity to appraisal various ecological elements Based on these appraisal,I arrive at the major achievements of urban space control-four zone delineation. And in this conclusion on the basis of a preliminary Danfeng County UGB exploration, and reached the "rigid" UGB and "flexibility" UGB. Finally, based on the results of the central control of the preparation, I propose the space control measures and methods.
