ZL101A Aluminum Alloy,since it has excellent casting characteristics and mechanical properties,has widely used in automobile and motorcycle manufacturing hub.Cars and motorcycles in the development of lightweight has been put forward higher requirements on Aluminum Alloy performance of ZL101A.The"Automotive Industry Development Policy"clearly states that"to guide and encourage the development of energy-saving environment-friendly vehicles and new fuel vehicle."Therefore,heat treatment process to proceed,and optimized it to achieve the energy saving.This article analyses the heat treatment process of ZL101A T6 Aluminum Alloy wheels.The results of the heat treatment process have theoretical and practical significance in developing the system.The research has been found that:⑴When the temperature of ZL101A Aluminum solution is below 535℃,inadequate solid solution strengthening phase,the eutectic silicon morphology is essentially the same or little change;When the temperature solution is between 535℃and 540℃,except slightly rough Outsider eutectic silicon,the eutectic silicon morphology is more rounded,the strengthening solid solution is more complete,organized smaller,hardness,high mechanical properties;When the temperature of ZL101A Aluminum solution is higher than 540℃,because of the higher solution temperature,the eutectic silicon particle coarsening occurs and the small spherical triangle remelt material,showing off burning characteristics;If the solution temperature continues to rise,it will cause a total of eutectic silicon crystal growing and complex melt and remelt and than appear complex ball and grain boundary melting phenomenon,which will seriously affect its mechanical properties.Therefore,the appropriate solution to determine the heating temperature is between 535℃and 540℃.⑵In the solution phase,ZL101A Aluminum Alloy with increasing solution time,the hardness will increase.When the temperature is 530℃, 550℃,respectively,holding 5h,7h will obtain higher mechanical properties;When the temperature is 535℃,540℃,respectively,insulation 6h,5h will obtain higher mechanical properties. ⑶Aging temperature on the performance of ZL101A Alloy are prominent.Experiment selected 120℃, 130℃, 140℃, 150℃four different temperature for aging.Based on hardness, strength index(δ,σb,σ0.2)test results,the best interests of aging temperature is 130℃, 140℃.If the aging temperature is too low,due to diffusion problems,ZL101A Aluminum G·P area is difficult to form,after aging strength,the hardness is low;if the aging temperature is too high,spread easily to the supersaturated solid solution in the critical nucleus size of precipitates larger after aging strength, the hardness is low,which has been produced a prescription.Therefore,the most appropriate temperature determined in this aging is 130℃and 140℃.⑷The experiment selected 2.5h,3h,3.5h,4h four of different aging time for aging insulation.Performance in the alloy,hardness,strength increased as the aging time wentby.According to the hardness test results,we finally determined the optimum holding time limitation is the 3.5h and 4h.
