With the increasing in recent years, the consumption of fossil fuels, globalwarming and the energy crisis increasingly prominent effects on humans. Lookingfor an alternative to traditional energy industry, new energy and energy efficiencytechnology is widely research. DC/DCconverter soft switching as the key core part oftheir development status and trends are introduced, and summarizes the main contentof this paper.Firstly, the analysis and research of several traditional ZVZCS DC/DCconverter, proposed a new PSFB-ZVZCS converter. This converter is a traditionalFB converter plus one auxiliary HB converter. PSFB converter during its circulation,HB circuit causes the primary current is reset, thus achieving the leading leg ZVSand lagging leg ZCS, while the auxiliary circuit also realized ZVZCS. In order tofurther satisfy in low voltage large current situation, the secondary diode rectifier isreplaced with synchronous rectification circuit, in order to improve the efficiency ofthe converter. Secondly, according to the converter design requirements, as well asthe theoretical analysis of the main circuit, and thus the circuit devices for each unitmodule parameter calculation, and select the appropriate model. While the peakcurrent mode dual-loop feedback circuit, output over-voltage current protectioncircuit, driver circuit and auxiliary power were analyzed and hardware structures.Subsequently, Saber simulation software for the simulation analysis, verificationswitch to achieve soft switching. Finally, to verify the effectiveness of the proposed circuit, operational principleand experimental results will be presented with a1.5kW experimental prototypeusing the UCC3895as the core. The results show that the converter has goodperformance, to achieve leading leg ZVS, lagging leg ZCS and synchronous rectifierZVS and auxiliary circuits soft switching, and improve efficiency.
