In recent years, accident rate due to heavy-duty vehicle on the rising,and often causing heavy casualties. Thus, through the technical means to improve multi-axis vehicle safety performance is the urgent thing need to resolve. The main purpose of this thesis is to improve the braking performance, and low friction coefficient road starting and passing through performance, increase the active safety of vehicles and reduce the incidence of traffic accidents. This will be through the establishment of multi-axis vehicle model to study the multi-axis vehicle driving force control system, control method and control strategy, build ABS/ASR control system for the semi-physical simulation development platform, with a view to improving vehicle safety performance.First of all, through the establishment of multi-axis vehicle (6X4) model, the application of Newton's mechanics theory and principles of the multi-body dynamics vehicle Matlab/ Simulink model and Adams model, the use of ultra-static anyone law principle and the energy principle to axle load force analysis, and the introduction of the theory of deformation of the coordination of correcting axle load calculation, to simulate the vertical movement of vehicles and the wheel rotation, vehicle power, manipulation and braking and other dynamic characteristics of the movement,the results of simulation proved to be satisfactory.Second, constructing ABS/ASR control system model, focusing on the establishment of threshold logic control model and the PID control model to study the structure through the optimization and adjustment of parameters, then connect in real-time vehicle model simulation, test and verify control algorithms and control strategies, research full-vehicle driving force control system's key technical issues.It is proved that the outcome of control module be well.Finally, use high-performance DSP chip as the core control system in order to build hardware in loop simulation development platform, design the vehicle driving force control system structure for semi-physical simulation, given the design idea of all the main modules and software processes, through the hardware emulator to communicate between CCS integrated development environment and the actual hardware development platforms, furthermore, real-time communicate via Matlab CCS link tool between CCS IDE and the ABS /ASR control systems.finally, the construction of semi-physical simulation system to be completed.
