| Presently, a great amount of passenger dedicated line projects is being constructed and developed in China. Increasing employment, expanding domestic needs, promoting economic growth is brought by the construction of passenger dedicated line, meanwhile, its construction also brought about a serious ecological environment problem. In order to identify ecological problems brought by engineering construction, make countermeasures and reduce ecological damage due to construction, it is necessary to study technology for ecological and environmental impact assessment during the construction period.Based on the relevant information of home and abroad, by means of engineering analysis, according to the characteristics of passenger dedicated line during the construction period, the important content of this Paper is as follow:First, according to the characteristics of engineering construction, the content of ecological impact assessment is proposed, four categories is included in it:ecological impact, environmental impact, landscape impact, social economy and resource utilization impact. The principles of structure ecological assessment system is given, theoretical basis of ecological assessment is analyzed.Index system is established by using target decomposition, investigation and Pressure-State-Response model. Common evaluation methods are compared and analyzed, improved analytic hierarchy process is adopted to confirm the weight of each indicator, linear weighted sum method is applied to confirm comprehensive evaluation result, the ecological impact of passage line is assessed synthetically. Finally, the passenger dedicated line of Hefei to Fuzhou was studied, taking the section of Fujian as an example, this method is applied to assess ecological impact during the construction period, the quantitated comprehensive evaluation results and every evaluation result are obtained. The results show that the construction of the passage line brings about an relatively smaller influence along the line, by means of corresponding protective measures and management measures, this impact may be controlled at proper range... |
