This study takes the 15 units of "benefits analysis on value-added processing technology for furniture decoration materials"as the subject. Firstly, this paper designs Questionnaire to collect data and conducts technical evaluation; secondly, establishes evaluation index system and mathematical model-benefit analysis through economic principles, thus deriving the economic assessment;thirdly, conducts social and environmental benefits analysis and finally recive following conclusions:(1) Project 1.The lumber technology of CNC-double-track circular saw radial cutting pattern is high-utilization unit, the recovery of the radial cutting board was 49.8%, higher than band saw by 12.4%, and meets the target. high-precision processing technology of composite flooring core board and thick veneer slicing technology, both belong to value-added units. multi-layer poplar composite floor that is made by veneers that are dealt with by the fomer, compared with untreated one, the board warpage decreased 13.01%-15.99%;and the later can reduce the back crack less than 10% ,and the thickness error less than 4%, meet the target; production line of value-added unit of this part compares with original technology, the profitability of the project and the overall economic performance are both more excellent, as a separate project it is feasible; also,the added value of the products ,which are made by high-precision processing technology of composite flooring core board and thick veneer slicing technology, respectively reaches 71.35% and 105.3 % and meets the target.(2) Project 2. Abnormity-adhesion and sanding technology, abnormity sawing technology are high-utilization units.Compared with traditional technology,the former average wood recovery ration can be improved by 20%,the later can be improved by 20%,both meet the subjet's target.Wood flour putty is value-added unit,The efficiency of this putty project funds used in the production is well.The overall economic performance is excellent, as a separate project it is feasible; also, this wood flour putty added value reaches 112.4%, meets the target.(3) Project 3. The units of this project are value-added ones.①Wood-rubber functional composite matieral impact sound is 76.5dB (A), the impronvmengt of impact sound is 15.5dB (A). Quiet is better than cork composite flooring, after cork flooring;②The average bending strength of silicone resin-wood is 87.70MPa, averagemodulus of elasticity is 12.41 GPa. The three cross sections can be increased respectively by 34.62%, 49.15% and53.45%;③wood-based electromagnetic shielding sheet overall shielding effectiveness is up to 20-25dB, optimum shielding;④Timber photochromic technology unit realizes color reversion between stain l and origina color when temperature changese from 26℃to 32℃.⑤The last units of the project develop recombinant products, which is made by resin enhanced veneer and used as furniture and flooring decration material.The density is 0.8g/cm3, water content≤10%, parallel to grain tensile strength≥120MPa, flexural strength parallel to grain 120-150MPa, glue shear strength≥12MPa, 24h water absorption≤6%, materials simulation of color and pattern similar to the sample, the total color difference△E * ab≤3, light fastness of 4 or above.Compared with common technical,each technical production of projet three,the investment recovery period is shorter, less risky, and the overall economic performance is excellent, as a separate project it is feasible; Also, every technique's products added value all reaches 70% above, meet the target.(4) Project 4. Resin rapid dialysis technique, color mixing and Anti-discolor, deep degreasing integration technology can achieve a double-faced degreasing depth for pine of 5-6cm, a degreasing rate of 80% or above, and maintain pine natural wood color not exceed 5NBS within 2 years under natural conditions when the water content is 12%. The efficiency of this integration technology production project funds used in the production is well.The overall economic performance is excellent; also, this wood flour putty added value reaches 60.98%, meet the target.(5)"Benefits analysis on value-added processing technology for furniture decoration materials"subject and its 15 units take waste wood materials, scrap electronics, scrap metals, discarded tires and other waste as raw material, independently research and develop high value-added products,they are in accordance with national policies on environmental technology and technology development planning and play an active role in promotting wood industrial structure optimization and upgrading;also,they improve people's lives, working conditions and quality, create substantial employment opportunities and can maintain ecological balance, economic and ecological coordinated and healthy environment, sustainable development.
