As it does for road's bearing structure, the strength and stability of subgrade influence road's service quality and life. The factors that influence subgrade's strength and stability has the nature of soil,moisture content of soil and so on. Because the factor of nature of soil is much complex to the subgrade, the scholars of domestic and foreign have much research to this aspect. People pay more attention to the influence of the nature of soil on subgrade as it is the important material to construct subgrade. It is important to research on influence of soil's structure characteristics on its pavement technical performance as the soil's structure characteristics uses much in the practice of project.The main research of this article is as follows:1. Through the analysis of former soil's research and the summarization of some soil's nature, the article select plasticity index,clay content,coefficient of uniformity,coefficient of curvature as the parameter of soil's structure characteristics. The parameters of structure characteristics of the five kind of soil sample that were chose around the suburb of Huhhot were determined in laboratory.2. Models of the parameter of soil'structure characteristics and degree of compaction, which was tested in the situation of best moisture content and same compaction energy through degree of compaction test, was established. The results showed that degree of compaction reduces as plasticity index and clay content increase, which also prove the relationship between plasticity index and clay content; In the situation of that coefficient of uniformity is bigger than 5, degree of compaction reduces before it increases as coefficient of uniformity increase; In the situation of that coefficient of uniformity is bigger than 5, degree of compaction increases as coefficient of curvature increases, which indicate that the good compaction can been obtained in the situation of that the soil is the skeleton dense structure.3. Models of the parameter of soil'structure characteristics and modulus of resilience, which was tested in the situation of best moisture content and same compaction energy through modulus of resilience test, was established. The results showed that modulus of resilience reduces before it increases as plasticity index and clay content increase; In the situation of that coefficient of uniformity is bigger than 5, modulus of resilience reduces before it increases as coefficient of uniformity increase; In the situation of that coefficient of uniformity is bigger than 5, modulus of resilience increases as coefficient of curvature increases, which indicate that the soil's intensity is big in the situation of that the soil is the skeleton dense structure.
