| Hydraulic disorders and thermal disorders are widespread phenomenon in the heating system,researching further and systematically on hydraulic characteristics and thermal disorders of heating system is very important for improving hydraulic imbalance situation, mastering the law of heat disorders, improving the heating quality, saving energy, protecting the environment.The main contents and the conclusions in the thesis are:1,Analysis of hydraulic imbalance in the laws of the heating system. Collated the types and reasons of hydraulic disorders in heating system; Made theoretical study on the methods of determining the circulating pump operating point and hydraulic calculation in variable conditions; analyzed of the laws of hydraulic disorder under variable working conditions; in point of hydraulic stability, analyzed the technical measures of controling hydraulic disorders in heating system.2,The thermal characteristics of four kinds commonly used radiators were calculated and analyzed. For water supply and water temperature are key factors in heat dissipation, calculated and analyzed the radiator heat emission changes with the water supply or water temperature , got the thermal characteristics maps of radiator in working conditions and analyzed sensitivity of the radiators, contrasted the adjustability and stability of the radiators.3,The surface temperature field of radiator is numerical simulated. Established a radiator simplified physical model can reflect the actual radiator, simulated and analyzed the steady state distribution the surface temperature field of radiator by software FLUENT.4,The laws of thermal disorders of one-pipe heating system and double-barreled indoor heating system are studied. Quantitative study of the heating system in a simple change in water temperature or water supply, as well as outdoor air temperature deviated from the design temperature regulation, using qualitative or quantitative way adjust heating then the thermal disorders occur, summed up the laws of disorders, analyzed the impacts of thermal disorders laws of various parameters on the indoor heating system. |
