| The heating network is a complex fluid network system, and its operating conditions is effected on working conditions, environment, construction, and so on. Hydraulic imbalance is widespread phenomenon in the heating networks. How to eliminate the water power maladjustment, make hydraulic balance of the heating network normal,and improve the quality of heating, improve the economy, the reliability and the security of the heating network, are the problems that the heating industry have to face.Firstly, problem existed in the heating network of Daqing Petrochemical Complex were analysed in this paper,and test programme of heating network was introduced.After analyzed the hydraulic imbalance phenomenon in the heating network, the impact, the performance and the reasons of the hydraulic imbalance were studyed,and a solution to these problems was introduced,and the optimization management of the programme was introduced. Secondly, based on the hydraulic calculation,the hydraulic condition of the hydraulic imbalance was analysed in a theoretical way, and the hydraulic imbalance regularity of the heating network was analysed. Finally, the heating network with the fluid network was analysed, and the economic balance valve and the small-calibre technical and cutting expenditure used in the transformation heating-supply systems were compared.As an example to the heating network of the third district in Daqing Petrochemical Complex was introduced, hydraulic calculation for the system was accomplished,then the optimization management of the programme was introduced.Through the practical application of the District Heating Network, it proved that the research in the theory and application have great significance. |
