Laser guidance technology in modern war is more and more extensive application, improvement of the existing guidance technology is one of the research focus of all countries.The zoom optical system control is one of the key technology of Laser remote guidance, this article mainly aims at laser remote guidance mode of laser guidance technology.Based on the specific requirements of laser remote guidance for zoom optical control system,we select the stepping motor drive optical lens in order to achieve guidance spot of SPC zoom. On the basis of fulfilling high power drive output,we carry through the miniaturization design of stepper motor drive circuit and reduce its complexity and volume as far as possible;The step motor running control procedure will accurate control zoom optical system operation and ensure the accuracy of the laser guidance.The paper have two innovation points as follows:(1)The integrated and proper bridge PWM chip constitutes a stepping motor drive control core circuit,and this design is satisfied with high power output, simple circuit layout and high reliability.(2)Based on AVR MCU subdivision drive control mode, we realize the zoom optical system smooth operation and ensure the accuracy of laser guidance.In this paper, through deep analysis of zoom optical system control system working principle of each part, this paper expounds the drive circuit of every element of the design, and design the corresponding hardware circuit. SCM procedures and PC software, realized through the single chip microcomputer to drive circuit various operation parameters of real-time control. After system verification.it proved that the control circuit can work stably and reliably, and achieve the use requirement of the laser remote guidance to zoom optical system.
