Under the external loads,thesoft ground subeidence is too large and the duration is too long. Construeting the highway in the soft soil ground,the latent subsidence after construction would cause great harm to the traffic. So the soft soil gound should be reinforced using reasonable and effective measures. There are a great many techniques to deal with the soft soil ground. But the technique has its advantage and localization. Seleeting a rational technique,which would affect the quality,the progress and the investment of the whole project.This paper narrates the defmition of the soft soil,the study contents and significance. The paper summarizes the soft ground treatment technologies and the development situation. The paper introduces the soft ground trait in Yela Mountain to Nu River's tunnel of the Tibet and its engineering character. The paper analyses the advantage and localization of soft ground treatment technologies. Fuzzy mathematics and AHP theories are introdueed,which build theFuzzy comprehensive evaluation method. Applying the Expert Consult Method to analyze the technique possibility of soft ground treatment and economic and environment influence,then gain the influence of all factors and appraisal result. Use Fuzzy mathematics to make the systemic and all-around evaluation. Transform the complex and dubious factors into a mathematical relation,so we can ascertain the ground treatment method,which would be the most excellent method to the soft ground in Yela Mountain to Nu River's tunnel of the Tibet.The examples of the soft ground are caleulated,which in Yela Mountain to Nu River's tunnel of the Tibet. This model can provided the reasonable decision for the soft ground project,and the Jet Power Pile has certain science rationality to the soft ground in Yela Mountain to Nu River's tunnel of the Tibet.
