It's hard for Chinese company to bulid powerful research center here. At the same time as the development of technology, there are more and more interactive technologies and new interactive medium appears.It's worth to continued study and discussion of the human-computer interaction.Design community began to pay attention to the user in recent years, and resulting in a series of user research methods, such as:user-centered design (UCD), usability testing, experience design, conduct focus, empathy design, household demand survey, etc. Focus on the user has became a feature of the design and steering in these years. The method of Focus on the product itself changed to focus on users, not only the design development but also is the result of market development. Face to the more and more products and more and more personalized customer, it has made demands on the design itself. Focusing on the user is the key to the solution of market problems.This article wrote on the perspective of user, using the metheld of the interviews, and the scene described to do research.And also combining with the existing multi-channel interactive technology, expand on the existing human-computer interaction research vehicle. This way can quickly and accurately find the important details of the driving process, then get an innovative design approach.
