AC Drive is one of the most common mechanical and electrical devices, widely used in industry, agriculture, transportation and national defense, as well as household appliances, elevators, electric vehicles and other civilian areas. TPAM (Three-phase asynchronous motor) has a simple structure, easy maintenance, high reliability, suitable for working under adverse conditions, more widely used than the DC motors. With the power electronics and computer technology, the rapid development of various control strategies proposed to promote the rapid development of vector control technology. Due to its excellent control performance, wide speed range, precise control, Vector control technology has a hot spot of research for control technology of TPAM. There is in-depth study on the vector control technology of TPAM in the paper.The principle of a systematic of the vector control technology is studied: Analysis of the complex dynamic electromagnetic relations of TPAM and study of the vector control of TPAM. On this basis, vector control rotor flux orientation and SVPWM (Space Vector PWM) to achieve studied. And BPNN (BP neural network) used in the flux identifier, one model of TPAM flux identifier based on the BPNN is designed, and there is given methods of its training and study. The flux identifier for BPNN model has parallel identification model with high efficiency, fast speed over conventional flux identifier, can overcome the magnetic identifier in the digital realization of the computation speed slow and enough accumulated errors and other shortcomings.In the hardware and software design:DSP control chip is hardware design core, the hardware consists of three parts:the main circuit, control circuit and auxiliary circuit design; software design including three parts:the main program, interrupt service subroutine and functional service subroutine, and then service subroutine of flux identifier for BPNN is designed. Finally the reliability of the hardware and software are designed, increased system stability and reliability of operation.In the system simulation:using of MTALAB simulation software, TPAM vector control system simulink simulation model is built, then TPAM stator current, speed, torque and flux simulated waveform are analyzed. And simulink simulation of flux identifier for BPNN is built. The waveform of convergence of learning and training is given and analyzed. The flux identification value and actual value were compared. Then, the simulated waveform of speed under flux identifier for BPNN and the waveform under the traditional flux identifier are compared and analyzed. The simulation results show the rationality and effectiveness of vector control strategies which is used flux identifier for BPNN, the system has good dynamic response to achieve the desired results.
