| Biomass solidification is a kind of technology which can transform agricultural wastes,domestic refuse etc. into fuel such as briquette or pellets.This kind of fuel has high heat value,it is also easy to fire and burns completely.So it is significant to use renewable energy to protect and improve ecological environment. At present, biomass solidification technology are lack of the research on modeling and parameter optimization. This results many problems when we make the fuel. For example, the machine is easy to break, uses lots of electricity, the results of fuel is not very good,and when the fuel combustion or gasification, it has low efficiency. In short, the discussion and research on modeling and parameter optimization has important significance for the development of biomass solidification. The main work is as follows: (1) Mechanism analysis is completed by looking up literature domestic and abroad. (2)The biomass solidification model is built based on LS-SVM. Sensitivity studies and parameter optimization on biomass solidification are completed. (3)Base on the model, we get the best parameters of the process by genetic algorithm. |
