| Energy Measurement is the basis of power charges in electrical power system. However, harmonics in the network have great affection on accuracy and reasonableness of energy measurement.It directly affects the economic benefits and fairness with generation, supply and users of electricity. With this practical problem, this project researched from two respects of harnomics affecting on power measurement accuracy and reasonableness, using theoretical analysis and the method of combining simulation to research harmonics on power measurement. This research will not only directly related to the electrical system and power users of the economic benefits but also a great number of technical indicators for the calculation. This research is of great significance to security, effectivity, reasonable operation and marketization in electrical power system.
