| Electric energy is one of the most important energy sources for social development and people’s lives.The production,circulation,and trading of electric energy are very different from other commodities.Its characteristics are that the three parts of power generation,supply,and connection form a power system.The three can not be separated independently,but they are closely linked to each other.Electrical energy is measured and calculated through electrical energy measurement devices at all stages of power generation,transmission,distribution and sales.The electric energy metering device plays the role of "scale" in the process of the circulation of electric energy commodities.Its accuracy is directly related to the economic benefits and social benefits of the three parties: hair,supply and use.As China’s industry moves toward modernization,electrical equipment such as Motors,inverters and rectifiers are widely used in production and operation activities,nonlinear loads are increasing,and harmonic pollution in the power grid is becoming increasingly serious.Harmonics will not only speed up the aging of electrical insulation,shorten the service life of electrical equipment,endanger the stable operation of the power grid and personal safety,but also make electrical energy measurement equipment production.Based on a typical nonlinear power user in Shaoguan power grid,this paper establishes a reasonable analysis model.Through MATLAB simulation,the influence of harmonics on the electronic power meter is analyzed and the corresponding conclusions are drawn.First of all,a large number of domestic and foreign literature materials related to harmonics have been collected and carefully read.The application and development of electronic power meters have been preliminarily discussed,and the harmonics of power systems have been elaborated in detail.The characteristics and working principle of electronic electric power meter are described in detail.Then,the influence of harmonic energy on the power meter is analyzed by theoretical analysis and comparison test of hanging network.At the same time,a user was selected to model and simulation experiment was carried out using MATLAB visualization simulation tool.Through the simulation data comparison and theoretical calculation,the model is studied and analyzed,and it is concluded that harmonics have a great influence on the accuracy of electronic power meter billing for nonlinear power users and linear power users.Finally,based on the power measurement method widely used by power grid companies,the necessity of harmonic management in the power grid is proposed,and two solutions are proposed.One is the new billing power calculation method,and the other is the use of harmonic electricity pricing method.Through the economic means such as electricity penalty,the nonlinear power users are forced to take effective measures to carry out harmonic management in order to meet the fair and fair requirements of power market transactions under the general environment of power system reform. |
