The concrete extended-plate pile is a new type of the existing equal section pile by forming disk cavity in pile position.The concrete extended-plate pile gradually applied to engineering due to high bearing capacity of single pile,design flexible,cost savings,widely used and so on.Moisture content is necessary to study further for the state of destruction of soil.This article is the research about the soil moisture content of different influences on the pile performance through undisturbed soil test,assisted with ANSYS software,research content and results are as follows: First,to analyze the damage of soils surrounding pile in the process.The soil under the plate is compacted gradually at the beginning of the load,the soil compact degree is more and more large with the constant improvement of the load.Compacted soil starts outward the rim constantly and starts back to a certain state,which fully proved that using sliding theory to calculate plate resistance more in line with the actual situation.Second,the displacement-load curve is completed through the records in the process of experiment,analyzing the displacement-load curve change trend and the ultimate bearing capacity of the pile under the condition of different moisture content.The bearing capacity of compressive piles is bigger when the soil moisture content is less than 20.5%,but smaller more than 22.2%.The bearing capacity of uplift pile is larger when the soil moisture content is less than 22.2%,but bigger more than 26%.Third,using ANSYS finite element to creat the pile and soil modeling,then meshing,loading,solving until having the displacement nephogram.Analysis: the ultimate bearing capacity of the pile is reduced with the increase of water content,And the ultimate bearing capacity of the calculated by finite element software is different from calculation formula calculated,there is magnification or reduction factor that varies with the moisture content,By analyzing and summarizing,identifying the magnification or reduction factor under the condition of different moisture content,perfecting the formula of bearing capacity of single pile,providing a better theoretical basis for the practical application of the concrete extended-plate pile.This paper puts forward the half cross sections and undisturbed soil model test in an innovative way.For the first time,the test with part section pile can see the damage of soil around the pile more clearly.Secondly,test that using undisturbed soil not only ensure the soil in accordance with the actual condition of construction site,but also ensure the test efficiency.The research of this paper improves the formula of bearing capacity of single pile,providing a reliable basis for the pile design,helping to promote the technology vigorously at the same time,helping the concrete extended-plate pile have much more social benefits and economic benefits.
