| Polymer-cement Concrete of the Permeable Base(PCPB) is a new permeable base used in pavement mainly because of it applies modifying agent to concrete and improve the quality of it. And the priority exists especially in the usage as the material of drain water permeable base in which the semi-rigid type base can not be competitive. Through a lot of experiments, we can get the conclusion that PCPB has a better performance when being pressed, folded. It can stand more load than other material. And at the same time, the ratio of pressive strength and rupture strength has the tendence of decrease. But these are only superficies.In order to explain this problem, and to provide the theoretical bases, this paper aims at comparing the endurance character between PCPB and other materials and use the calculation of mechanics to find out the theory.At the same time, there are some analysis about constouctional material, mechanism of action and the pavement ensemble performance and also some introduction of construction technique.
