In today's world, urbanization is the development trend for cities, during the continuing urbanization of our country problems have gradually emerged, for example congestion, in many Chinese cities these problems have become common phenomenon. One of the methods to solve traffic congestion within the city is the construction of the Metro. With the development of the Metro system, the metro system can be used to test technology and promote the further development of the city. Over the past few years, the bogie test equipment rely heavily on imported technology, and domestic bogie test equipment can not meet the requirements of domestic and international advanced technical levels, there is a still a large difference in quality between the two. In order to accelerate the development of metro transport, the Shanghai Metro Line 9 Depot is building a large repair facility, which contains the Metro Bogie test bench studied in this paper. Metro Bogie is the main load-bearing part of the subway car, and is used in ensuring the safety of vehicles, comfort and stability. The bogie of the metro is a very important part.This article researches the metro bogie test bench, which includes five distinct parts: the mechanical parts, hydraulic system, electrical control, pneumatic system and bogie spring adjustment. Metro Bogie Test bench enables a whole metro bogie to be tested on a variety of measurements, including the wheel weight, axle weight, the distance between the inside of the wheel, the distance between the two axles, diagonal length and so on. This test bench can simulate the loading of the body of the Metro Bogie, the measured performance of bogies assessed and store and print reports.This paper analyzed the background of this article, the development of the Metro and a description of Metro Bogie detection technology development in China and abroad. The section also compares the detection systems of Metros at home and abroad, illustrating there is still a large gap between domestic metro bogie detection technology and the international advanced technology level. A Shanghai Metro Line 9 train was measured on the metro bogie test bench and basic structure was reviewed, analyzed the test bench functions and structural characteristics, and pointed out the content of this paper. Through the analysis of the system, and puts forward the design of metro bogie static test, according to the design requirements, and confirmed the main design scheme in the selection of several scheme designs.The whole systematically analyzed for mechanical structure and mechanical properties of the metro bogie test bench. Metro Bogie spring adjustment is to improve the Metro Bogie wheel, axle load distribution uniformity and effective means, and the worlds commonly used methods to adjust bogie. By computer optimization using SUMT algorithm to improve the distribution of a series of spring forces, the establishment of the algorithm model, is simulated. Metro Bogie is thus achieving more accurate spring adjustment, and the traditional testing techniques and test bogie means (adjusted based on artificial methods of experience in operations), compared to effectively improve the accuracy and efficiency of the results.In practice, entering the actual value and after the application of static pressure test in the bogie, this spring adjustment system reliability has been initially confirmed. Establishing a database of adjustment data will increase the success of each further spring adjustment with each set of data entered into the database since the database can automatically adjust the theoretical curve, ultimately to provide the exact amount of value added cushion.
