With the development of the urbanization and the enlargement of city scale, trafficproblems have become a bottleneck in restricting the development of the city. As aneffective way to solve the problem of urban transport, urban rail traffic to be takenseriously, especially metro. The metro bogie is an important part of metro vehicle. Thebogies quality have a direct impact to the security of the metro vehicle running. theon-load test platform of metro bogie is used for testing the metro bogie when it has beenmaintained.Firstly, this paper introduces the research background and the development ofmetro detection technology and equipment in the domestic and foreign. Then testplatform made the inspection technical route and research content.Introduction of the metro vehicle types as well as the similarities and differences.The performance and parameters of vehicle type B was detailed introduced. The variousparts of the B type metro bogie function and structure was detailed researched andanalyzed. On the basis of fully understand the bogie, drawn up the test process of thebogie testThe no-load test platform of the metro bogie is an equipment which belongs to thecomplex mechanism, electricity and hydraulic. The use of functional analysis carriedout a detailed analysis of the functional requirement of the no-load test platform ofmetro bogie. The platform was divided into several functional modules. It designed themajor components of platform about traveling wheel bearing and gearing, sendingdevice, compressing and stopping device, and so on.According to the mechanical structure of the platform, the movements of allmoving parts were analyzed. The lifting loop, positioning loop, load loop and stopperloop were designed for different moving parts requirements. Analyzing the force of thehydraulic system and calculating the main parameters of each loop. Got the maximumflow and pressure of the system; determined the hydraulic pump and motor drivemodels. Displacement of oil cylinders in the lifting loop was simulated by the AMESimsoftware. The results show that the synchronization performance of oil cylinders meetsthe requirements of test rig.Analyzing the requirements of the platform control system and designing theelectrical control system. The measurement and control system composes by PLC which as a lower computer to complete of data collection and to judge the output and inputstate, etc. The upper computer completes data analysis, data storage and outputstatements.
