More stable and convienient buildings are needed in countries, as the development of the economy. Therefore, it is becoming the key point to improve the houses quality for the countries economy and society development. For the past few years in China, annual rural houses take up more than 50% of total buildings all over the country. By 2010, per capita living space in countries will reach to 30m2, and there are still more than 3 billion square meters requirements in villages. However, compared to cities, housing industry are relatively behind in many ways like planing and designing, construction of basic facilities and construction techniques,while these rural buildings behave worse in building energy conservation. They don't comply with the relevant standards of energy conservation. Thermal performance of building envelope appears not so well, so were the convenience of thermal environments inside. Due to reasons above, energy cosumption rises dramatically with the expanding scale of construction in villages, which brings heavy burden to economy and society's sustainable developments. So, the inevitable measure to reach the goal of building energy conservation is the new type of energy-efficient and multi-functional building palisade materials be developed. By exploring this new kind of materials, huge energy exhaustion in countries'construction can be restrained and qualities and functions of rural buildings can also be improved.This topic is the third sub-project of residence insulation roof panel together with materials research and development,which belong to Key Projects in the National Science& Technology Pillar Program during the Eleventh Five-Year Plan Period, critical technology study and demonstration in village and small town dwelling.By the analyse of prophase survey data,this topic elaborate the developing situation and problems of roof material and structure in country dwelling system,advance a new pattern sandwiched insulation roof panel in view of characteristic and applicability of country roof.This sandwiched insulation roof panel consists of the upper surface waterproof mortar, down surface calcium silicate board and interlayer steel mesh and lightweight insulation material core. The steel mesh limits cleft which plasters in upside,and the rigid waterproof layer waterproof mortar compose a coverlayer. The insulation material core plays a part in heat insulation and energy saving,and reduces roof weight due to its lightweight. Calcium silicate board and down waterproof layer(waterproof sheet or waterproof paint) bond well,and play a part in coverlayer of waterproof layer. This sandwiched insulation roof panel that replaces traditional roof material could advance job efficiency,lighten structure load,boost performance of insulation, waterproof and safety in buildings,and reduce integrated cost.This thesis choose organosilicon waterproof mortar as surface material by compareing capability of kinds of waterproof mortar,research mechanical property and durability of waterproof mortar;Analys and contrast characteristic and applicability of several insulation materials which applied widely in city building, determine XPS board as insulation materia;choose modified acrylate adhesive as bonding layer by experiment to compare usual adhesive capability which can be used in XPS board;test overall performance,and contrast cost to traditional roof.
