Against the background of the economic crisis and the energy crisis sweeping the globe ,energy efficiency in buildings which already have launched a global shows more of their the importance and necessity. Energy consumption in buildings is great in China, but in China it is under developed and begins very late, so research on energy efficiency in buildings is a pressed problem. The roof is one of the most important parts in the envelope of buildings. Nearly 5 to 10 percent of total thermal loss in buildings is caused by the roof; especially 40 percent is caused by the roof in top-level.By comparing various factors of thermal insulation material the most appropriate thermal insulation material is chosen. In this paper, the advantage of inverted roof insulation in relation to other types is elaborated, as well as the hidden trouble and corresponding settlement, the economical thickness of several insulation materials of inverted roof insulation is reached by calculation.In this paper, "Heat Flow Meter Method" of building a roof of a typical heat transfer coefficient of a pilot study comparison of several energy-saving effect of roof insulation, the use of FLUENT software for the measurement of internal temperature field of roofing numerical simulation, and simulation results the actual test results, as well as differences between the reasons for a difference are analyzed.In this paper, calculation of attenuation and delay time of a multiple approach to the Shandong Academy of Fine Arts Qianfoshan Technology Campus Academic Building, on the 29th residential buildings, libraries, student housing as the research object, the calculation of several multiples of the typical roofing attenuation and delay time calculation and analysis come to the cold in order to achieve energy-saving effect of the region do not only do roof insulation and roof insulation.
