| The construction of new socialist countryside in China is in full swing. In China the new rural residence accounts for more than half of the new housing in the whole nation and the consumption of rural building materials is huge.With the rapid increase of the world population and the development of economy, the emissions of greenhouse gas is continually to increase, which have a significant impact on the global climate, therefore, low carbon stepped onto the historical stage, and the demand of "low carbon" is more and more urgent by the international community. All countries have taken measures to reduce carbon emissions, and the certification of low-carbon products objectively become a hot spot in the era of low carbon. In recent years, many foreign countries have carried out the low carbon product certification program and the low carbon certification of the building materials products is comprehensive and mature. But in our country it is still not comprehensive at the initial stage. What’s more, low carbon certification of rural buildings materials has not been carried out. Therefore, the study on low carbon evaluation technology of the energy-saving buildings materials has great theoretical and practical significance on the rural building materials production enterprises, rural consumers, industry, society and country.Combined with the present situation of China’s low carbon product certification and actual situation of town building materials enterprises and industry and the condition of low carbon product certification system abroad,the paper studied the structure technology of low carbon certification evaluation system which faced to rural construction materials. The results shows, adopting life cycle evaluation theory and the carbon footprint calculation method common used in the world, carbon emissions model of village building materials enterprises can be set up. The model characteristics is that it pay attention to the practical situation that the database of building materials is imperfect in whole life cycle of domestic enterprise and take specific measures on life cycle division that choose the sub-life-cycle to calculate the carbon footprint of building materials produced by rural enterprise. The method conforms to the enterprise reality, easy to implement.In rural construction materials of low carbon certification assessment standards, entropy method and the grey correlation analysis method were integrated used to determine the index system of evaluation index weight in combination. The method, objectively, in the choice of index weight can maximum guarantee its objectivity, and to some extent, reflected the degree of preference. Finally established grading principle by applying the method of supposed the established evaluation index system of rural construction materials and divide the construction materials of low carbon level. The low carbon level is intuitive which convenient for users to choose material as a reference.In order to verify the feasibility of low carbon certification evaluation system faced to rural construction materials,the paper through on-site investigation choosing the float glass produced by float glass production enterprise on the outskirts of Shenyang as evaluation object to conduct low carbon certification assessment. Through the whole life cycle process evaluation to calculate unit flat glass carbon dioxide emissions in production stage and transport stage then use the evaluation system and evaluation standard to get the level of carbon emissions. The examples demonstrate the method is simple,convenient and has science that it is suitable for the actual situation of building materials enterprise in China rural place and can easily used in rural energy-saving building materials used in the assessment of low carbon certification. |
