With the rapid development of our country ecnomic,the Urban Transitmass System such as Metro and Light Rail Transit have the first choice for people to solve big city transit problem by the advantages of lager capcity,high efficiency and no polution and so on. At present there are A,B and C three types of metro vehicles have been used in our county subway lines.The metro vehicle of Beijing Fu-Ba line is one of typical metro vehicles of type B, on the background of improving the metro vehicle frame of Beijing Fu-Ba line, this article carries out structural strength analysis and model analysis on the metro vehicle frame.In the first place, this article builds up the solid model of the bogie frame by use of Pro/E software. And, via importing the solid model, the finite element model of the bogie frame is built up in ANSYS 11.0 software.Secondly, Referring to UIC 615-4 OR-The Reliability Trial of Bogie Frame and JIS E4208:2004-Test method of static load for truck frames and Truck bolsters of railway rolling stock, this article tests and verifies the static strength and fatigue strength of the bogie frame.Again, in order to research the strength affect of the weld to the whole bogie frame,this article builds up the finite element model of the sidebeam,carry out the structural strength via submodel method.Finally, this article has done the modal analysis on the frame. And it is easy to acquire the dynamic property of the new frame, such as natural frequency, modality and so on.
