Exclusive railway transportation is an important part of railway transportation in China, at present, many exclusive railway are located in the coal mining area, undertaking the task of coal transportation. Because many mining districts of China possess of many high-class modernized mine, and the degree of comprehensive mechanization is quite high, so the exclusive railway traffic volume is getting more. As the development of exclusive railway and the excavating coal of each mine, many mines'working faces have excavated or will excavating under mining area's railroad. The excavation of working faces, have threatened the safety of mining district's railway transportation. At the same time, the surface of fully-mechanized sublevel caving mining of thick coal seam's subsidence area have huge distortion, and the rate of subsidence is fast, transportation can't interrupt, the maintain of line is complex. The work on maintenance and harnessing of railway line and station's deformation is more complicated.Through the study on present situation of excavation subsidence theory and technology, this paper analyzes the material status and the condition of mining district's exclusive railway being affected by the excavation working face which is under it in China, applys the method of probability and integral to study the moving rule of earth's surface, studies the rule and method of railway line subsidence, and develops the excavate subsidence estimation system. At the same time, applying the theory of railway transportation and the rules of railway's technology management, put forward the maintaining, disposure and measure for the vertically moving, breadthwise moving and lengthways flatly moving, consequently, put forward the maintenance and safeguard of railway transportation and some safe transportation technology. A case study is made of the excavation subsidence's harnessing of exclusive railway transportation in XingLongzhuang Mining Group. This paper describes the advance and practicability of its progeny.This paper points out the subsidence estimation system for the mining district's railway line and station in fully-mechanized sublevel caving mining of thick coal seam's area, and grip the deformation characteristic and dynamic rule of railway's subsidence. And than points out reasonable maintenance measure of line, especially the harnessing technology of deformation of railway station's turnouts. This technology makes sure railway transportation be on the rails and the traveling crane be safe, reduces evidently the maintenance expense on railway station and roadbed, and it can improve the collectivity economic benefit of excavation of fully-mechanized sublevel caving mining of thick coal seam under mining district's railway in China.Thirty-four figures, eight tables, forty-eight references.
