A Study On The Control Of The Estimated Budget Of Railway Project In Yichao Section Of Jincheng Line

Since the reform and opening up,China's railway industry has been rapidly developed.the scale of construction has become larger and larger,and the level of technology has been continuously improved.In addition,the continuous implementation and implementation of the Belt and Road and other countries 'relevant policies have also made China's railway engineering technology constantly go out of the country and go to the world.However,due to the relatively short overall development time of China's railway projects,there is still a lack of relevant systems and industry norms such as cost control and cost management.In addition,the characteristics of the railway project itself,the length of the line,the number of work points,the large scale of investment,the long construction period,and the difficulty of construction make the "three Super',phenomenon often occur.From this,it can be seen that it is urgent to control the budget estimates of railway projects and strengthen the cost management of project construction.This paper studies the proposed budget control of the railway expansion project from yixian to Chaoyang section of jincheng line,based on the railway project of jincheng line,the proposed budget as the research object,and the preparation and control of the proposed budget as the research content.Firstly,this paper analyzes the background and significance of the project budget control of Jincheng Railway,combs the current situation of project cost and project budget,and leads to the problem of this paper.Through the construction of project cost and the division of stages,it is clear that this paper studies the control of budget estimates in the design stage.Through the concept,content and other related theories of the project design budget proposal and the related theories of the control,provide theoretical support for the preparation and control of the following budget estimates.Then,continuously collect project information and analyze the project profile,characteristics and impact factors of budget proposal preparation.On the basis of this,the initial programmer of the budget proposal is prepared and the rationality analysis is carried out.Finally,according to the results of the rationality analysis,the optimal control idea of the budget estimate is conceived and the optimal control of the budget estimate is carried out,and the rationality of the final budget proposal is analyzed.In short,this paper,by combining the actual cases and applying the relevant theoretical knowledge,studies the preparation and control of the railway project budget proposal,and finally completes the research on the management of the railway project budget proposal for Jincheng Line.Although the research in this paper is aimed at the specific Jincheng railway project,it has a strong pertinence,but it can not be denied that it has a role in controlling the budget estimates for the design phase and guiding the cost control for the entire life cycle.Therefore,the study of this paper has certain guiding significance for the future control of railway project budget estimates.
