As one of the disaster-prone land and the most active earthquake zone, China's ability of defense and the reduction of earthquake disasters largely depend on emergency supports, and post-disaster reconstruction work now. Road traffic is the key part of the lifeline transportation engineer. The integrity, reliability and functionality of road transport network structure plays a fundamental and decisive role in the earthquake relief, post-disaster rehabilitation and reconstruction work, and has a unique position in the affected areas regeneration and the regional economy regional development. Based on the above mentioned, this thesis taking the issue of how to improve the road transport network structure under the earthquake as the guide line to carry out the analytical work, which has the great theoretical and practical value for building scientific and reasonable network structure and improving disaster response support.Taking the integrity, reliability and functionality of road transport network structure under earthquake as the main line, this thesis analyzed the influence factors of the earthquake for the road network planning, and summed up the demand characteristics of the road network structure after earthquake by adopting system-local, and qualitative-quantitative analysis method. Then, tightly around the hierarchical structure's rational optimization of road transport network structure, functional structure stability improvement and the layout structure refined improvement based on road network connectivity reliability, used graph theory and chart analysis method to analyze the improvement on the road network structure internal performance, and then further defined the hierarchical structure optimization method under earthquake, the functional structure stability indicator system, and the road network node, link and the calculation level of road network connectivity reliability. Simultaneously, adopting the grey system theory, this thesis proposed the grey relational model for the relationship between the external performance of road network structure under earthquake and the socio-economic, and then gave the computing example. The theoretical result in this thesis was verified in the example of road network structure of Wenchuan Earthquake.By the combined the theory and practice analysis method, with particular emphasis on the special needs and their own development law of road network structure under earthquake, the related analysis methodology system derived from this thesis's research will play a fundamental theory role in upgrading the road network for earthquake comprehensive benefits, increasing the support capacity of disaster relief, and promoting the road network structure and the playing effects of economic development. The research result of this thesis provides some reference for the post-disaster restoration and traffic reconstruction in earthquake disaster areas.
