China is located in the world's two major seismic belt-the Pacific Rim seismic belt and the Eurasian seismic belt.Because the Pacific plate,the Indian plate and the Philippine Sea plate squeeze,Chinese seismic fault zone is very active.Road traffic network is an important channel for earthquake relief.To ensure the reliability of the road unit after the earthquake and the degree of connectivity of road traffic is important to improve the efficiency of the rescue and reduce casualties.The paper introduces the relevant knowledge of the graph and the reliability theory.According to the characteristics of the road traffic system,the paper uses the Breadth First Search method to searching the link connectivity of the road network and the Monte Carlo simulation method to analyzing the reliability of the road network connectivity.Based on the way of describing the earthquake disaster and the degree of influence and considering the characteristics of seismic gradient attenuation changes,the paper uses the elliptical decay model that can measure the seismic intensity range to set up the earthquake.On the basis of the existing seismic method,the method of estimating the influence range of earthquake is put forward,and the damage range of the study area network is determined.According the damage causes and characteristics of the road unit,the bridge unit and the tunnel unit to determine the various types of road unit seismic reliability calibration method.The paper puts forward the indexes of the importance of the road unit under the earthquake condition,that are the connected reliability and the critical importance.Based on the seismic reliability analysis of the road unit,the Monte Carlo simulation method is used to calculate the reliability of the road network and analyze the importance of each road unit.According to the analysis and evaluation results of the importance of different road units and the reliability of the road traffic system for seismic connection,this paper establishes a model of road network seismic resistance reinforcement and optimization.The model is based on minimizing the optimization cost of the road elements as the objective function,optimizing the connectivity reliability of the whole road network to the minimum of the set standard,and strengthening the optimization of road elements with high degree of importance.Using the orthogonal enumeration method to solve the reinforcement optimization scheme.Through analyzing the example,the results of the reinforcement optimization scheme are obtained.The research of this paper provides a calibration method for the prediction and assessment of seismic damage of road elements,and establishes a model for calculating the reliability of seismic communication of road traffic systems that is a new idea for analyzing the reliability of the overall connectivity of the road network and how to choose and strengthen the optimization units.
