Heyuan, connecting Jiangxi province with Zhejiang province, is a rising city which is mainly developing light industry and tourism. She is not only an important support of economy and high-grade ecological base in Guangdong province, but also the center of politics, economy, culture, science and technology, demestic trade in the northe-east district of Guangdong province.Taking the Old City, Jiangdong District, Baitian District and Gaopugang District in Heyuan city as the planning target, the water demand in the planning area is predicted on account of analysising and researching the status and existing problems of the present water supply situation. On the basis of overall plan of Heyuan city and detailed plan of Gaopugang District, meanwhile, according to The Standards of Technical Management on Municipal Engineering Design and the project owner's requests, the detailed plan of water supply system is proposed, including water withdraw works, water purification plants, water distribution networks and associated power supply facilitiesin in this paper. The main researches and results are as follows:1,Adopting a per capita indicator method and unit of land area method, the water demand in 2020 in planning area is predicted to 360,000 m3/d, which includes Old City, Jiangdong District, Baitian District, Gaopugang District and Puqian Town.2,Comparing with the water quality and water cost of alternative water sources, the Xinfengjiang Reservoir is chosen as the source of the water supply system planning. According to the existing water supply capacity of the pipeline, two pipes with the total length of 10.2 kilometers and the diameter of DN1500 are needed. The project cost is 50.91 million yuan. 3,By a comprehensive consideration of the environmental conditions surrounding terrain of Xinfengjiang Reservoir, the new water treatment plant site and the operating mode of using speed pumps are determined.4,Through the engineering economic analysis, the total investment of short, medium and long-term planning of urban water supply systems are 120.70 million Yuan,310.41 million Yuan and 279.88 million Yuan respectively, and the total unit cost is0.68 Yuan/m3,0.72 Yuan/m3 and 0.67 Yuan/m3 respectively. |
