The Research On The Entrance Space Design Of Residential Building

Since the reform and opening up 30 years of residential building construction for the development of the process of China's cities have a very important significance. With the social and economic development, people's living standards improved, people's quality of residential construction put forward higher requirements, which includes material and spiritual levels. The entrance space as part of residential buildings, designed to strengthen the residents quality of life plays a vital role.This paper first reviews the historical background and the entrance to the development and changes, starting from space for residential construction entrance space to study architecture in the construction of the theory of psychology and behavior, based on the entrance to the residential building space, physical elements, the external environment, space factor, visual elements and so a detailed discussion and conclusion. On this basis, the entrance to the residential building space, design principles, design strategies, design techniques as well as a comprehensive analysis of influencing factors. At last, example of research, analysis of residential building entrance space, the actual situation, summed up the problem and make design recommendations.The purpose of this article is from the psychological and behavioral characteristics of the space design for residential buildings to achieve the scale appropriate to the entrance, there are activities in support, in line with current and future economic development, in line with urban development, cultural characteristics, such as requested by the relevant theoretical basis, in order to better deal with residential building entrance space and architectural form, the environment, and economic relations, and thus on the residential architectural design play a guiding role.
