On The Study Of Spatial Design Of Residential Entrance Based On Entrance Control

As a currently common practice of residential district management and securityprotection in China, setting entrance control in residential districts puts forward newrequirements in residential district entrance design other than the previous ones.Therefore, how to design residential district entrance with entrance control facilities isa new important topic.Firstly, this paper defines the concept of entrance control-based residentialdistrict entrance space and elaborates its historical origins in details. Then, it conductsan in-depth study on the influencing factors of entrance control-based residentialdistrict entrance space and defines and classifies these factors. On this basis,statistical survey data collected from on-the-spot investigation of the entrance spaceof32residence districts in Nanchang is analyzed, and the current situation of entrancecontrol-based residential entrance in this city is achieved. Furthermore, this paperanalyzes and evaluates the results of this investigation, puts forward correspondingsuggestions and proceeds to orienting design of four mainstream entrances withseveral matters needing attention. Finally, a conclusion is reached and prospects ofthe development tendency of entrance control-based residence communities arepresented, in the hope that it can offer helpful reference to the design of residentialentrance in the future.
