According to the State Council《Medium and Long-term Railway Network Plan》, high-speed in passenger transport railways between provincial capital cities and big cities will be planed and constructed in our country. The plan includes constructing more than 12,000 km passenger transport railways, planning four vertical and four horizontal high-speed in passenger transport railways and three intercity passenger transport system, and its speed target will be more than 200 kilometers per hour.Zhengzhou to Xian passenger transport railway is one of the medium and long-term planed railways. It is the first time that the 330kV voltage power is supplied for the railway system in Shanxi province, in China and even in the world. So, there are a lot of problems about its protection schemes and setting calculations. With the rapid development of high-speed railways, the research in this area will be paid more attention to.330kV power grid is introduced and compared with the 220kV incoming feeder traction power supply system in the paper, which is helpful to analyze the 330kV incoming feeder traction power supply system. This paper focuses on the designing of the main connection types, operating modes, running status and on/off logic. The structure of the AT post and AT section post is also involved. All of these are closely related with the protection scheme.The protection of 330kV traction transformer and the secondary side problems are the important part in the paper. The main transformer duality is deeply analyzed, as well as the main transformer duality protection. The circuit breaker tripping is also analyzed about the duality of DC power supply. Considering the impact to the 330kV power grid, the relationship between the 330kV incoming feeder in the traction power supply system and the grid is proposed and recommended.The protection principles, protection scheme and the setting calculation about the 330kV passenger transport railways system is analyzed and summarized, which is also compared with the 220kV passenger transport railways system. The example of setting calculation for an actual passenger line is given, as well as modeling and simulating with matlab software. |
