Research Of Setting Calculation Software Of Relay Protection For Power Network

In view of the characteristics of electric network relay protection setting calculation, the paper carries out the study on relay protection setting calculation software for power network based on platform. The design of the overall unity software is realized using modular ideology; it combined visual programming tools Delphi and the Oracle database method. The paper carries out in-depth study on calculation method of fault calculation and mathematical model, using the improved node numbering optimization techniques for number ordering, analyses model building including lines with mutual inductance and model updating of lines with mutual inductance fault lines under fault state, complete fault calculation program. Using method that elements involved in portfolio method to select mode of operation, could increase the reliability of the protection setting. Finally, the function of fault calculation, protection setting emulation etc are realized on the basis of platform.
