With the development of modern science and technology, the Finite Element Analysis (FEA) is revealing its advantages and picking up momentum in the analysis of different scientific and engineering fields. Two-and-three-dimensional analysis in FEM has made much headway, including the steady-state and time-varying problem, nonlinear problem, and the disposition of moving media, and the correct understanding of regulation, etc…At present, the analysis of three-dimensional eddy current field is still one of the most concerned issues.First and foremost, based on Magnetic Induced Heating Theory of induction cookers, this dissertation makes the establishment of a mathematic model of three-dimensional eddy current field of induction cookers, and theoretical analysis of eddy current and temperature field of the model. On the issue of electromagneto-thermoelastic couple, Ansoft Maxwell & ePhysics software is employed to make a single analysis of eddy current and temperature field. And then this paper adopts sequential coupling method in the two fields to establish a relevant mathematic and physical finite element model of electromagneto-thermoelastic couple.Meanwhile, the author puts forwards a new way of power control and temperature detection which improves the present technology of induction cookers.
