The Research Of The Planning Method About The Highway Passenger Hub Outward The City

With the development of the economic, there is more and more emphasis on the quality of travel,such as more and more convenience,faster and more and more comfortable.so, the road passenger transport with its convenient advantages become one of the main transport manner for urban Inhabitant travel, especially, its convenience becomes even more prominent in the short-distance transportation. This important role brings us a new subject:Integrate and improve the planning and design of the urban external passenger transport system. This is not only the needs of the urban development, but also the need of the development of this specialization. So we made the more deeply research about the urban external passenger road transport hub system.We make a study on the planning method of the urban road passenger hub on the base of analysing the theoretical concepts about the urban road passenger hub system in this article.The planning of the urban road passenger hub is divided into three parts:the planning of hub's site,the planning of the external circuits of the hub system and the appraise and application of the evaluation model about hub system.First, we listed the comprehensive cost that any site's land cost,that on this lines nearest the city center to the city exit roads, and our cost for spending on time form the site to the urban export on any site in the radiation area, in this lines,woe find the most cheapest point about its comprehensive cost, as the hub station locations, using the called cost selection method, among this methods we make the passenger's time for travel converted in the money accordance to the economic level. Secondly, we plan and design the external lines of the city's external road passenger transport hub system. The planning and design of the external lines have two cases, buinding new hub station and expanding the old hub station. The former method chose the external route by the method of analysis, the other method compare all the external road lines that in the radiation region through the network method, choosing one lines that cost least times as the urban external road passenger hub's external lines.Finally, we proposed the principle for layouting and planning the urban external road passenger hub transport hub, established the evaluate's model through making the AHP, then analysed the situation of the Xi'an Jiefang Road bus station, proposed being problems, and make a method for solving this problems, studied the problems, and with the previous evaluation system established appraised the Xi'an Jiefang Road bus station on the current.
